Leisa is responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential partners. She has managed projects ranging from custom multichannel marketing solutions through to new product development and database commercialisation. Leisa is passionate about continuous improvement and seeking value for our partners.
Paul's marketing has been referenced by Forrester, Deloitte, the World Advertising Research Centre and JWT top 100 and recognised with over 40 international and domestic advertising awards for creativity & effectiveness. Prior to joining smrtr, he led marketing, ecommerce and sales strategy at CoreLogic and home loan marketing at Commonwealth Bank.
An all-round marketer, Adrienne is responsible for supporting and executing smrtr's marketing strategy. Passionate about helping others, she has executed direct marketing campaigns for Camp Quality to support their fundraising initiatives and has interned and volunteered for various not-for-profit organizations.
Steve brings over 25 years of industry experience to the team having delivered customer analytics, modelling and segmentation for major retailers in the UK including Marks and Spencer & McDonald's. He also headed Westfield's research and analytics function in Oceania and supported Westpac and Qantas in their data commercialisation journeys.
Felma is responsible for ensuring smrtr maintains accurate customer data and optimising data driven marketing campaigns. She leads prospect identification and assists lead nurture through various LinkedIn activities and response tracking.
Huw is an expert in advanced analytics and data science, with more than 20 years' experience gained across organisations in the UK and Australia. He has deep technical expertise (including R, Python, SQL, Redshift SQL) and is responsible for the creation and management of smrtr's proprietary data sets and processes.
Jessica is responsible for managing smrtr's proprietary data assets. She is an experienced quantitative specialist applying statistical techniques to solve business problems within credit and marketing and has worked in the banking, fast-food and marketing sectors.
Georgie is responsible for the company's strategic positioning and growth, with a strong focus on business culture. With over 20 years' experience of delivering data-driven business solutions, in Australia and the UK, Georgie has worked with a large number of the world's leading brands. Georgie was the CEO and founder of Greater Data for over 11 years, prior to its merger with smrtr.
Bill is responsible for smrtr's data engineering, helping to innovate, systemize and automate the ever-growing volume of data in the company. He has 16 years' experience in cloud computing, high performance computing, artificial intelligence, IoT and embedded systems.
Ewa is part of smrtr's finance team with over 10 years of financial accounting experience across multiple business sectors including construction, media and technology. She has a wide range of capabilities including financial reporting, financial analysis, accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and month end closings.
Andy is responsible for strategic financial planning, management reporting, financial control and processes. He has over 25 years of finance experience working for corporations and SMEs across the UK and Australia, in the utilities, telco, and digital marketing sectors.

He has 20 years' experience working with all aspects of data; systems, storage, programming, processing. He has over 15 years of experience delivering technology projects across a variety of industries including healthcare and pharmaceutical.
Dave has more than 20 years' experience in the commercialisation of data for several successful data service and analytics businesses, in the UK and Australia. He is responsible for identifying and guiding new data commercialisation opportunities and sourcing new and unique data sets, many of which are available for the first time through smrtr.

He has an extensive agency background in CX, data and technology, having delivered data-driven strategies for the likes of Telstra, BMW, Toyota, Suncorp, NRMA Roadside, Anytime Fitness, Lion Beer and GSK.
Cicy has 10 years of industry experience, specialising in data management, analytics and visualization. With this extensive technical knowledge, Cicy has designed and developed various solutions for clients from multiple verticals. Cicy holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science.
Olivia is responsible for all of our visual assets and ensuring what we present to clients is packaged with absolute clarity. She has a Bachelor of Design majoring in Graphic Design and graduated on the Dean’s List - all while running her own design business.
